Restriction Can Be Imposed To Indorse
While indorsing the Negotiable Instrument, restriction can be imposed in the right of the Holder to indorse in a way that such instrument cannot be re-indorsed or to be done only according to as mentioned in the Endorsement. Provided that, such restriction cannot be imposed in the case of a Negotiable Instrument payable to bearer.
